What are the Stirrers all about ?

The Stirrers main aim is to keep the many centuries old Dutch folkloric and so enjoyable traditions of celebrating Carnaval alive in this part of Queensland.

By organising and entertaining people at these colourful, friendly and jolly festivities we hope to create understanding and co-operation in the wider community as well as contributing towards enriching Queensland culture.

Over the past 29 years our Carnaval functions have always been well attended and very successful.

To ensure the Carnavals functions survival New members are needed urgently

No special skills are required just a sense of humour and a willingness to take part in some of the Clubs activities.
